Durable water-repellent agent for polyester, cotton, and blends with excellent wash resistance.

Properties

  • Cationic dendrimer emulsion.
  • Flourocarbon free
  • White liquid with density 1.00 – 1.15 g/cm³ at 20°C.
  • pH (pure): 4.0 – 5.0.
  • Fully water dispersible with agitation.
  • Compatible with cationic and non-ionic products.
  • Requires bath pH adjustment to 5–7 with acetic acid.
  • Bath stability is limited; minimal turbulence recommended.
  • Treated fabric must be fully pre-cleaned and surfactant-free.
  • Provides durable water repellency with excellent wash resistance.

Uses

  • Polyester fibers: 30 – 50 g/l CASDISHIELD DFF.
  • Cotton fibers: 80 – 100 g/l CASDISHIELD DFF.
  • Pick-up: 50 – 70%.
  • Dry/cure: 110°C drying, 170°C curing.
  • For higher repellency, increase dosage as needed.
