Soaping agent,Reactive dye washing

Soaping agent for reactive dyeing that shortens wash cycles and prevents dye bleeding or re-deposition. Foam-free and effective with electrolytes.

Properties

• Modified acrylic polymer, anionic.
• Foam-free liquid, colorless, fully water soluble.
• pH (10%): 8.0 – 9.0.
• Good stability in hard water (up to 50ºdH).
• Stable to pH, temperature, and electrolytes.
• Effective at pH 9.0 – 10.0 for best performance.
• Prevents dye bleeding and re-deposition during washing.
• Shortens washing cycles while maintaining shade and fastness.

Uses

• Recommended dosage: 0.25 – 1.0 g/l depending on dye depth and process.
• Applicable for both continuous and exhaustion systems (jets).
• Can be used for yarns, fabrics, beams, cones, packages, and garments dyed with reactive dyes.
