Efficient enzymatic desizing agent removing starch-based sizes without fiber damage.

Properties

  • Thermostable alpha-amylase enzyme produced by submerged fermentation.
  • Light brown liquid, density 1.1 g/ml.
  • pH: 6.0 – 7.0.
  • Complete water solubility.
  • Activity: 500 NAU (Novo Nordisk units).
  • Stable under normal usage conditions.
  • Compatible with surfactants and wetting agents.
  • Does not require calcium salt additives.

Uses

  • Exhaustion process: 0.1 – 0.5% CASDIZYME PRIME 500N.
  • Recommended pH: 6.5.
  • Temperature: 30°C – 110°C (optimal at 85°C).
