Cost-effective alkali blend for textile alkaline processing, replacing multiple traditional alkalis.

Properties

• Synergistic blend of organic and inorganic alkalis.
• White granular powder.
• pH (3.5 g/l solution): 12 – 13.
• Solubility: 200 g/l in water at 20°C.
• Replaces sodium carbonate, trisodium phosphate, and caustic soda.
• Reduces overall chemical cost in alkaline textile processes.
• Acts as a buffering agent for improved process control.

Uses

• Dosage: 10 – 100 kg/ton of pulp depending on material.
• To avoid lump formation, dissolve CASDIPAL CDQ in water before adding to bath or pipeline.
