Polyethylene-based softener improving softness, sewing ability, and finishing quality without yellowing fabrics.

Properties

• Colloidal polyethylene dispersion, non-ionic.
• Creamy liquid, pH: 9.0 – 10.0.
• Easily dilutes in cold water.
• Compatible with cationic, anionic, and non-ionic products.
• Stable in water hardness up to 40ºdH and pH 3.0–12.0.
• Provides soft handle and improves sewing properties.
• Does not yellow white fabrics or affect dye fastness.
• Enhances fabric brushing, sueding, and folding on cutting tables.
• Recommended for sanforized and denim finishing.

Uses

• Continuous impregnation: 5 – 20 g/l depending on desired effect.
• Adjust drying conditions according to treated fabric.
• Can be combined with resins, catalysts, and optical brighteners (compatibility tests recommended).
