Neutral cellulase enzyme for eco-friendly denim stone-washing with high reproducibility.

Properties

• Produced by submerged fermentation of modified microorganisms.
• Cream-colored granules.
• Completely water soluble.
• Activity: 2400 ECU/g (Enzyme Cellulase Units).
• Stable under normal conditions.
• Contains anti-redeposition agents and pH buffers.
• Helps achieve high contrast denim finishes.
• Improves washed garment appearance with easy handling.

Uses

• Exhaustion: 0.5 – 2.0% VALUMAX A 838, pH 6.5 – 7.5, temperature 25–30°C, liquor ratio 1:8 – 1:15, 60–90 min.
• Enzymatic inactivation: Wash with 2.0 g/l detergent and 1 – 2 g/l sodium carbonate at 80°C for 15 min.
